What types of positions do you have?
The job classifications available for assignment are primarily in the office administration field. They include everything from general office and data entry to computer specialist and administrative assistant. We offer entry level to professional grade positions. At Dolphin Staffing, we will work with you to find the best possible positions based on your skills and experience.

What skills do I need?
We ask that all employee candidates have at least two years of recent, verifiable office experience. Job placement and wage eligibility will depend on your current skills and experience level.

Do you offer competitive pay?
At Dolphin Staffing we offer market competitive wages to all employees. Exact wage levels are based on skills, experience and specific job assignment criteria.

Do I have to come into a Dolphin Staffing office or can I register by simply sending in my resumé?
It's required that you come to a Dolphin Staffing office in person to complete our basic screening and testing procedures as well as a personal interview. You will also be asked to complete an I-9 form and other important documentation for payroll purposes.

How frequently are the online jobs listings updated?
Job listings online are updated on the web site as they are received into our main staffing operations office in downtown Minneapolis.

Does Dolphin Staffing work with companies all over the metro-area or mainly in downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul?
Dolphin Staffing has clients located throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. As such, it is very likely that there are job assignments near to where you live.

When would I receive my first paycheck once I begin working for Dolphin Staffing?
All Dolphin Staffing employees are paid on a weekly schedule. Pay periods run from Monday-Sunday. You will receive a paycheck the following Wednesday after the week you have worked.

Do you offer career counseling?
Yes. Our staffing consultants are trained to provide career advice and counseling to assist you in reaching your employment goals.

Do you offer free skills training or tutorials?
Yes. We have many tutorials and training applications available free of charge to you as a Dolphin Staffing employee.
